Return Policy

ETKonline.com's return policy is as follows:

1. We accept returns 10 days from the date the merchandise reaches the customer.
2. The customer will be refunded in full less the shipping fees and minus our 25% restocking fee.
3. We do not refund shipping fees nor do we take responsibility for having the merchandise shipped back to our warehouse.
4. In order to receive a refund, the merchandise being shipped back must be unused and contain all original packaging/accessories.
5. You must have an RMA number for each item/order you wish to return.
6. To receive an RMA number, locate the Order Number next to each item you would like to return, then contact us at 704-819-1541.
7. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of return package.
8. All packages without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
9. After inspection of the returned merchandise, ETKonline.com has the option to issue credit or return the merchandise to the customer.
10. All drop shipped items must receive a RMA number from the manufacturer of the product ordered. Please contact us at 704-819-1541, so that we can assist you in receiving the RMA number from the manufacturer.

ETK.com cannot be responsible for errors, illegibility or mistakes in customer written orders. Personalized items cannot be returned unless it is an error on our part.  There are absolutely NO refunds unless the error is ours.
